Thank you to everyone that came out to the Within Without Me opening at Roq La Rue Gallery’s new location. It was a HUGE success!

Check out a few opening photos here from Arrested Motion, and a really beautiful and touching review from writer Brian S. Snider.

Have you picked up this month’s issue of Hi-Fructose magazine? I’m in it with a lovely six page spread and interview by Elizabeth Ohanesian.

My newest solo exhibiton Within Without Me will be opening at Seattle’s Roq La Rue Gallery on May 2nd, which will also be the grand opening of their beautiful new Pioneer Square space. Should you decide to venture down for the big first night party, you’ll be treated to the whole area’s First Thursday openings. See you there!

“The Last Rites” 22″ x 30″ for Within Without Me at Roq La Rue Gallery opening May 2nd, 2013.
I’ve been working like crazy to get everything together for my May 2nd solo show WITHIN WITHOUT ME at Seattle’s Roq La Rue Gallery which is leaving me no time for blog or website updates. But, if you so desire to get sneak peeks of my work and what’s going on with me (read: photos of my cat’s bizarre face) please follow me on Instagram (@staceyrozich )!

Cropped in peek at “It Takes a Village (To Be Invaded)” 22″ x 30″ 2013
Lots of new work to come in the next two weeks!

This piece is for the other half of CAMP DOUG (also known as the brilliant designers and developers who revamped my site), and a very good friend of mine Barry Sevig. B and I have known each other since we attended the same design program here in Seattle a few years ago. Like the piece I did for Andrew, I asked B to give me a list of his favorite things that I could incorporate into his commission. It was a wild and very long list to which I took a machete to; narrowing down the best ideas that would create a compelling scenario. Of course I did my own thing with it — the Jeepster and questionable situation underneath is my touch.
